Jesse Saranoff
AM Manager

Jesse is pleased to be the new AM Manager at Happy Hound. Her love of dogs has grown immensely ever since she started working here. In her spare time, she likes to bring her pooch, Amore, all around the Bay Area. Including hiking in the woods, going to the beach, and occasionally camping.

Stephanie Rainaldi
Sr. AM Boarding Manager

Stephanie has been with Happy Hound since October 2005. She loves animals and has two cats, Comet & Chicken, as well as a dog named Stinky. Stinky has a blast coming to work everyday with Steph. You might even find Stinky helping Steph out in the Boarding Department. Really.

Alyson Saenz
PM Manager

Alyson has been a part of Happy Hound since November 2009 and has been a terrific dog handler and employee - the staff and dogs alike think she is terrific. She is now taking a role in managing because of her excellent work ethic. She loves visiting with each dog that stops by and you can find her chihuahua Harley in Little Hound Town. Outside of Happy Hound she enjoys taking Harley out for walks in her neighborhood, baking, and going to the beach.

Christine Young
PM Boarding Manager

Christine has been part of the Happy Hound team since April 07. She excels in dog handling skills, always has a smile on her face and her passion of dogs shows through her dedication in all she does. Besides working as part of the Boarding team, her interests include eating, dancing, traveling, music and spending time with her three dogs - Mae Mae, Brutas & Gary.

Hilary Burditt
Weekend Manager

Hilary is excited to be taking on a management position. Her love for all dogs as well as her hard work has helped her move up at Happy Hound. Outside of work, Hilary spends time her with her English Bulldog, Tank, and also loves to travel. While earning her bachelors degree in Geography at the University of Vermont she spent 4 months traveling around the world on a ship and visited over 11 countries and 4 continents! 

Selena Balakrishnan
Weekend Boarding Manager

Selena has worked with animals her whole life ranging from rescue work to being a vet tech. She also studied wildlife biology at UMT. If you see her at work, you'll also see her 2 Border Collies, Buddy & Sadie - 2 of the most amazing dogs in the world! Selena and her dogs are excited to be a part of the HH pack!

Maggie Cassell
Office Assistant

After a couple of months as a Dog Handler, Maggie moved into the Office Manager position. If you’ve called Happy Hound, you’ve probably talked to her on the phone. When she’s not answering phones and doing other office stuff, you can find her sneaking out to the Hound Towns giving kisses to the doggies! Outside of work, she hangs out with her three dogs: Macy, Buddy, and Loki. She also has a cat, but he would rather plot to take over the world than play fetch.
