"Not only is the staff friendly & helpful but they talk to you about your dog as if he/she is the only one there, relating personal daily experiences. The staff is so experienced with your dog that they know their specific likes & dislikes & attempt to satisfy these desires at daycare; of course, within reason. Training is a great side effect of daycare at Happy Hound. Nigel was very vocal as a puppy & Happy Hound was able to curb this which is a godsend because we leave a duplex. Plus, if your dog is having any health issues or injuries, the staff is more than helpful offering much needed advice and will keep a close watch on your dog. I could go on & on but in closing, Happy Hound is much more than a daycare or boarding facility; it is a home away from home for my dogs; a place where they are loved & cared for exactly as their mom would."
