Daycare, boarding, and our training programs are all open, and we’re working hard to keep our clients and staff safe:

Curbside hand-off

Give us a ring when you arrive to drop-off or pickup your happy hound and we’ll come to your car for the hand-off. When you register in our client portal this is as easy as sending a text.

Clean & safe

Regular hand washing and disinfecting, social distancing, and masks are a core part of our Clean & Safe precautions. But we do so much more.

As animal care providers, we are on the front lines of animal and human health every day. Our business is dedicated to safe and effective infection control for the animals here at Happy Hound, and we have been on the forefront of cleanliness since our business began 16 years ago. Our facility is cleaned and sanitized seven days a week and we have been utilizing PetAirapy since 2018. Happy Hound’s PetAirapy helps to prevent and mitigate coronavirus in addition to other airborne related diseases like canine cough.

Our complimentary waterless shampoo, which we call a “spritz”, will aid with health concerns you may have about dog fur transmission. Our employees are asked to stay home and take care of themselves if they have any signs of illness. All of us at Happy Hound are here to assist and answer questions and concerns you may have. There is a manager on duty every shift, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
