Client Services
We are currently recruiting Client Services
Summary of Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Professional and courteous interaction with customers in person, on the phone, and through email
- Have knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. Training provided for company specific software.
- Confidently interface with big and small dog breeds.
Dog Handler
The Dog Handler is responsible for the supervision, control and management of daycare & boarding dogs and ensuring the safety of the playgroup. The Dog Handler is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the playrooms as well as other areas of the facility as assigned. This position averages 30-40 hours per week and requires weekends and holidays.
Summary of Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- A desire to learn and practice cutting edge dog-handling techniques
- Confidently interface with big and small dog breeds.
- Standing for the duration of your shift (5+ hours)
Dog Trainer
Happy Hound’s Dog Trainers provides exemplary care and service to all our dogs and clients. This position averages 30-40 hours per week and requires weekends and holidays.
Summary of Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required, established trainers encouraged to apply
- Work with dogs in a range of settings and scenarios utilizing Happy Hound training techniques
- Work with clients to understand behaviors, teach new skills, and reinforce training
- Proficient computer skills
